



Vermont Fresh Network Farmers Dinner in Hardwick

These dinners take place at member restaurants and celebrate the farmer-chef partnerships that are the foundation of the Network. A short program of farmer anecdotes will tell the story of your meal as it unfolds. The farmers' dinners bring people closer to the wonderful food sources available in Vermont. Those attending the dinners benefit first from a delicious meal made from local foods and from meeting the farmers and growers. The support of the diners allows farmers, growers and chefs to offer the best and freshest food available, in some cases with the food arriving at the table hours after harvest. These partnerships help to create a future in Vermont that includes a viable and diversified farm economy.
Join us in celebration of the summer harvest, at a Farmer's Dinner featuring local chef and food producer's in the Upper Lamoille Valley Region of Vermont. Participating producer's include, Highland Lodge (Featured Chef Michael Werneke), Greenfield Highland Beef, VT Soy, Jasper Hill, Pete's Greens, High Mowing Seeds, and Caledonia Spirits And Honey Gardens Winery.
