Mark is a fifth generation West Glover farmer with a degree from UVM in Dairy Food Technology. Karen and Mark use only the freshest local ingredients where possible to prepare meals using their own farm raised meats (beef, chicken, pork and lamb - available to purchase through their website), eggs, and veggies and herbs from their garden.
